Just Breathe Urban Skin Bar Cancellation policy

• All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking.
• A confirmation email or SMS will be sent. Please confirm your appointment.
• An SMS and email reminder is sent out 48 hours before your appointment.
• Any changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours before.
• Clients are charged 50% fee for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.
• Appointments cancelled on the day of treatment is seen as a no-show and will incur a 70% fee.
• Appointments made in the month of December will be required to pay a deposit at time of booking.
• These appointments will require 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
