RADIO FREQUENCY SKIN TIGHTENING

Radio Frequency Skin Tightening is a treatment used to regenerate collagen and elastin in the skin. If you suffer from loose untoned skin on the face or neck area then this treatment is perfect for you.  Our professional grade bi-polar radio frequency device emits radio waves which vibrate the water in the dermis causing heat, which then in turn causes remodelling of collagen and elastin, resulting in tightened skin and a plumping effect.

RF treatments can be done as a stand alone treatment or incorporated into one of our Signature facial treatments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many sessions will I need?
Depending on the severity of the area to be treated, anywhere between 6-12 sessions.

How long does each session take?
If you have the treatment as a stand alone, the full face will take 1 hour. If you have it incorporated into one of our Signature facial treatments, you need to add on an extra 45 minutes.

Is there any downtime after the treatment?
Absolutely not. Your skin will appear a little red after the treatment but nothing that you cannot go about your normal day.

Are there any side effects?
Some redness lasting 10-30 minutes, and maybe a few tender areas. Temporary swelling may occur due to the heat generated in the skin.

A full skin consultation will need to be performed before any treatments can begin. This is complimentary, and will give us a chance to map out your skin journey.
